Want to Make Your Laptop Run Faster - Learn How a Registry Cleaner Can Help Speed Up Your Computer

A slow running laptop is not only frustrating, it is a time waster. If your tools can't work as fast as you can then they are costing you time and if you use your laptop for work then when your laptop is too slow it is also costing you money.

You don't necessarily have to buy a new laptop to get one that runs faster. Cleaning your registry can help speed up your very slow laptop. To do this you will need to use a software application termed a registry cleaner. This applies to Microsoft Windows operating systems prior to Windows 7.

You may have not even heard of the Windows Registry or, if you have, may not understand what impact it can have on the speed of your computer.

Basically the Windows Registry is a data file used to store information that Windows continually references during its operation while you have your laptop on. This information contains things like profiles for each user, what hardware exists on the system, ports in use, the applications installed on the computer and the types of documents that each can create, etc.

It is really an important and highly used file. When you install and uninstall software on your system entries are added or deleted from the registry file. These entries are identified by a "key". When you uninstall software all the keys may not get deleted from the registry for one reason or another.

The install and uninstall process may also create invalid keys in the registry. These invalid keys can cause your computer to not run as smoothly as it should. It can slow down your processing speed as well as cause you to experience unexpected errors like random shutdowns, blue screens, etc.

Since the operating systems does not give you any notice that its registry file contains invalid or unnecessary entries, it is necessary make use of the features of a registry software application.

First the software will perform a scan of the registry looking for records that need to be repaired. After which it will repair all the invalid entries for you.

Many laptop users now use a registry cleaner to keep their laptop running faster and more efficiently. Some of the registry cleaner products allow you to download the product and do a free scan on your system before you purchase.

Once you have used a registry cleaner you may find that you will experience some added benefits above and beyond a faster running laptop. Things like Windows Startup errors, Windows Explorer errors, Windows Media Player errors, Runtime errors, system crashes, computer freezing, etc. may be fixed as well.

Finding the Right Commercial Mortgage Broker

Make no mistake, there's a lot involved in getting a mortgage loan. For a potential borrower, finding the right broker is paramount, so they can take care of the loan details, and you can concentrate on moving forward with your new investment. To help you prepare in your search for the right broker, here is an overview of the commercial loan mortgage process.

First, determine how much you can borrow. This includes a few different things, such as the amount of monthly payment that you can afford. Also, depending on your unique credit and employment history, income and debt, and goals, you can estimate how much a lender will loan you.

Second, you should try to pre-qualify for your loan. Your lender should spend time finding the right loan that fits you and your investment.

Be prepared to provide information about your loan request and investment. For example, if you are looking for an apartment loan, you will need to provide information or descriptions about borrower (you) and financial information, the financing request, location information, property information and issues, and tenant information.

When you apply for the loan, make sure your lender will assess and approve your loan quickly, so you are not left in the dark about your investment future. Your lender should specialize in commercial loans, instead of residential, so they are aware of your specific needs.

The ABC's on How to Achieve Your Dreams - Lesson C

Welcome back again to learning your ABC's on how to achieve your dreams. This article is talking about our letter C lesson.

The letter C stands for:

Considering things from all angles!

Now what does this mean and how do you use this to work on achieving your dreams. Considering things from all angles is just a way of having you expand your awareness and stay open enough to all possibilities within the realm of your true desire.

For example, maybe you want to make more money and need to stay open to all possibilities of income in your life. This makes you think of how, when and where things could possibly come into your life from a financial standpoint. Maybe you play the lottery, have a side job, have a full time job, plus you sell things on online auctions all at once. These are all ways of considering money aspects from all angles. But we also have to stay open to other areas. What does that mean? That means staying open to the possibility that you may get a promotion at work, or find a better job, maybe you receive an unexpected rebate in the mail, or win a raffle drawing, possibly even something you forgot you entered or someone else entered your name into to win. These things can come in all shapes and forms and you never know where they are going to turn up.

So our letter C is to remind up to consider everything possible angle and not rule anything out. If we expand our awareness and enlighten our conscious side even just a small tiny bit each and every day, we will be more open and aware of even the smallest possibilities when they fall in our laps!

Various Types of Invoices and Its Importance

13 Ways to Save Money On Your Boat Insurance

Ships are the nearest things to dreams that hands have ever made. - Robert N. Rose

A lot of people ask me if I were shipwrecked, and could only have one book, what would it be? I always say 'How to Build a Boat' - Stephen Wright

Work like a captain, play like a pirate - Unknown

People(read: Men) love boats. We take care of our boats and treasure them almost as much as a member of the family. Most that have boats have boat insurance, but how much are you really paying for that insurance? If you said to yourself while reading this, "Too much... " then this article may just be worth a read for you!We hope that this "baker's dozen" of boating insurance helps you save some money.

First, see what your state requires. Different states require different requirements for proper boat insurance. Most states require a minimum of personal liability insurance. Property damage is also important if your boat is ported or kept anywhere else other than your home. Don't forget that non-motorized personal watercraft do not require vehicle insurance.

Put all watercraft on the same policy. In addition, see if your automobile insurer can insure your boat(s) as well. Combining policies is a great way to save money and reduce your interest rates.

Switching to liability can help you save. Do this only if you're comfortable with having your insurance only pay for the damage you do to OTHERS, not your own boat.

Make sure you know the limits of your liability insurance. Check with your liability provider to make sure that all events that can happen are covered. Not all policies are created equal.

Joining a group or organization is beneficial. Most insurers want their drivers to be educated on proper boating procedures. So much so that the majority will offer a discount if you take a reputable course on boating. One good example is the US Power Squadrons course. Even if your insurance provider doesn't give you a discount, the knowledge you receive can definitely save you money!

Experience matters when it comes to your premiums. Make sure you have a more mature and more experienced boat operator on your boat insurance. This will avoid the added costs of having young and/or inexperienced people on your policy.

Choose the right deductible for your income. Make sure that the deductible you agree to pay for won't be more than you can afford in the case of an accident. You also shouldn't have your deductible so low that you can't afford the premiums.

Keep the boat safe while on shore as well as on the water. Storing your boat in a secure area is vital. If you keep your boat stored in an insured property, you may be able to have the damages covered from your property insurance. Proper investigation of the terms of your property insurance will determine if this is a possible option to save you some money.

Ask for discounts like these listed below. Here are some examples of discounts offered by many insurers:

Responsible Driver

Original Owner

Paid in full

Multi-policy

Safety Course

Is cancelling my insurance during off-season a good option? It's never a good idea to cancel your boat insurance. Your boat insurance can be damaged during the off-season, and if you're not covered, you pay the damages. This practice will also prevent you from saving through loyalty discounts such as vanishing deductible. A safer way to save during the off-season is to remove any of the perks that involve actually using the boat, like towing emergency or uninsured boaters insurance. If you do this, make sure you reinstate your previous coverages before you get back on the water!

Consider "port risk" and what can be done to your boat on land. This policy can provide coverage associated with storing your boat, but not any of the navigation coverages. It is a reasonable option in conjunction to the question above.

Know the boating market and how it can fluctuate. In the boating market your boat is constantly losing value. This equals a reduced premium! Regularly check with your insurer to see if you qualify for a lower rate.

Join a club or organization. If you can find a boating safety course in your area, most insurers will provide a discount similar to taking a safe car driving class.

Trade Suppliers

From my experience, trade suppliers have had very poor service. I have contacted them looking to buy stock from them and their responses have astounded me! They seem oblivious to selling me stock, have no enthusiasm for partnering with me or even giving me the opportunity to do business with them.

Hey, maybe it was something to do with me, my haircut or whatever, but to me it seemed that they were just poor performers. They were not interested in customer service or supplying good quality stock at good prices. Maybe you have had the same experience?

If you have, you will know that this is a key element in the success of your retail store, either online or offline. You need results and you need answers. You cannot deal with monkeys that simply do not want to deliver when you need it. These types of trade suppliers, wholesalers or dropshippers will make you company go broke. Do not risk doing business with them.

You should be careful when choosing suppliers. Look carefully at their website. Do they have a phone number you can call? Is their website professional? Where did you find their details? Was it a referral or did you simply stumble across them?

All of the questions are questions you should consider before partnering up with suppliers. If you don't consider these things or find suppliers, wholesalers and dropshippers that have been screened for reliability and trustworthiness, you certainly will put your business at risk.. The other thing this could impact is your profits.

No one wants to run a business and earn a tiny profit or break even or even lose money. If you are going to work for yourself you want results and awesome results, so do not compromise on the quality of your trade suppliers, dropshippers or wholesalers.

Liverpool Football Club

You'll Never Walk Alone

Liverpool FC is ranked as the most successful soccer team ever in the English League with an unparalleled record in domestic and European competition. However the history of the club is marked by sadness as much as it is by celebration.

The Early Years

Bizarrely, this incredibly successful soccer team was born as the result of a rent dispute! Anfield - the home of Liverpool FC - was originally the home ground of Everton. When they (Everton) won the English Football League Championship in 1891, Anfield owner John Houlding tried to increase their rent substantially. When Everton refused to pay, and no agreement was reached, the club decamped to a new ground at Goodison Park, leaving only three players behind.

Determined to see soccer remain at Anfield, Houlding recruited 13 professional players from Scotland and created the first Liverpool FC side.

The club was unable to secure election to the league until 1893, when they joined the second division. Ending their first season with an unbeaten record, they were promoted to division one, and have never been lower than the second division again in their entire history.

Liverpool won their first Football League championship in 1901, and their second only a few years later in 1906. That same year, a significant expansion of Anfield took lace with the construction of a massive cinder bank behind the home goal. This bank - named "the kop" after a British defeat in the Boer War where many Liverpuddlian soldiers died - is the sentimental home of every Liverpool fan.

It wasn't until 1914 that Liverpool played in their first FA Cup final, and it was 1921/2 before they won it - though they did then go on to win it again the next year!

Famous Managers

Most great soccer teams are defined in terms of their great players, and of course Liverpool has had its fair share of stars over the years. But it is managers more than anyone else who have defined the different eras of Liverpool's history - starting with perhaps the most famous of them all; Bill Shankly.

Shankly joined Liverpool as manager in 1959 when Liverpool were languishing in the second division. Although he had no real experience of managing big teams, it was Shankly who firmly set Liverpool on the path to success and established the management and training systems that served subsequent managers well for the next 30 years or more.

The changing fortunes of Liverpool - and Shankly's personal charisma - resulted in the club fielding the greatest players of the time, including Emlyn Hughes, Kevin Keegan, Ian St John, John Toshack and Roger Hunt.

Shankly took Liverpool back into the first division in 1962, the season in which Roger Hunt scored a record (to this day) 41 league goals. First division championships and FA Cup victories followed through the 1960s and 70s, and then came Liverpool's first European trophy (the UEFA Cup) in 1973.

In 1974, Shankly's shock retirement resulted in the promotion of his assistant, Bob Paisley, and the beginning of a new chapter in Liverpool history. This continuity of management may well be one of the secrets of Liverpool's success, as two of Paisley's player signings - Kenny Dalglish and Graeme Souness - later became managers of the team.

If Shankly is remembered as the manager that turned Liverpool around, Paisley is the manager who made it all pay and the record he established for winning soccer trophies was unbroken for twenty years after his retirement.

His record in nine years of management:

6 Football League Championships 3 European Cups 1 UEFA Cup 3 League Cups (successive years) 1 European Super Cup 3 Charity Shields In the 1982/3 season, Liverpool won both the Football League Championship and the League Cup for the second consecutive year. Following this victory, Bob Paisley retired, handing over to Joe Fagan - another internal promotion to manager at Anfield.

Fagan only stayed for two seasons, but they were spectacularly successful seasons, winning the League Championship for the third consecutive year as well as Liverpool's fourth European Cup. As well as the established squad that remained from the Shankly years, Fagan was able to field players such as Ian Rush, Alan Hansen and goalkeeper Bruce Grobbelaar.

The end of Fagan's managerial career was also the first of two great tragedies in Liverpool's history, when crowd violence led to 39 Juventus fans being crushed by a falling wall at the Heysel Stadium in Brussels, Belgium. The occasion was the 1985 European Cup final - what should have been another great night for the club turned to disaster.

The resulting six-year ban from European soccer meant that new player-manager Kenny Dalglish had to focus only on domestic competition - which he did with great success. In 1986, Liverpool were only the fifth team to achieve the double of FA Cup and League Championship - a particularly satisfying season for them as they beat local rivals Everton into second place in both competitions. A dip in form the following year led Dalglish to inject new talent in the form of Peter Beardsley, John Barnes and John Aldridge to the attacking unit, and a return to former glories followed.

The 1988/9 season saw the second great tragedy in Liverpool's history, this time in the semi-finals of the FA Cup. Playing Nottingham Forest at Hillsborough stadium, crowd control problems resulted in 96 Liverpool fans being crushed to death, and over 700 more injured.

The end of Liverpool's ban from European competition ended in 1991, and with it came the departure of Kenny Dalglish. His replacement - Graeme Souness - was yet another manager to be promoted through the ranks at Liverpool. Although home-grown players like Robbie Fowler and Jamie Rednapp were making names for themselves, Souness followed the trend of the day and invested heavily in new players from outside - a strategy that did not prove successful and Souness was gone by 1994.

Souness was replaced by the last of the internally-promoted Liverpool managers - Roy Evans. While Evans tinkered with the squad, Liverpool still relied heavily on veterans like Ian Rush to score goals, although newcomer Robbie Fowler made an impact with a 29-goal season.

The brightest playing talent from this period came in the form of the young Michael Owen who played regular first-team soccer from the age of 18.

With no major trophy success under Roy Evans, the Liverpool board drafted in French coach Gerard Houllier to assist in 1998, but Evans left after another disappointing season, leaving Houllier in charge.

Returning to form in 2000/1, Liverpool won the incredible treble of League Cup, FA Cup and UEFA Cup. Building the squad to new strengths with the addition of soccer goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek, midfielder Steven Gerrard and striker Emile Heskey did not bring more trophies to Anfield - although they enjoyed some league success in 2002 and 2003.

The changing pace of English soccer then seemed to leave Houllier's style of management behind, and the Valencia manager Rafael Benitez replaced him in 2004.

Early indications suggest that Liverpool may well be back on the road to substantial trophy success if their 2005 Champions League campaign is any indication. Playing AC Milan in the final, Liverpool were 3-0 down at half time. In the second half, Liverpool heroically fought back until the score was 3-3 at full time. With no change after a dramatic period of extra time, a penalty shoot-out finally resulted in Liverpool winning their fifth European Cup trophy.

Liverpool FC's anthem, "You'll Never Walk Alone", is emblazoned everywhere - on soccer apparel, badges, stickers and countless DVDs, books and videos - and is an appropriate sentiment for a team that has endured such a mixture of elation and sadness throughout its history.

Are You A Shopaholic?

Do you shop for therapy or necessity? In a day and age with so much to do and see, and buy and become it isn't surprising that we as North American's purchase tens of thousands of dollars per year in stuff. We never actually realize how much we have consumed until it is time to move! Why is it that while others have so little we all continue to spend like money is going out of style? Some shop for groceries, which are a necessity. Some shop for Christmas gifts, birthday presents and others just shop to shop. That's right, shopping as a form of entertainment to pass the time. Find out if you are a good shopper or if you are shopping for therapeutic reasons that you may have never even considered before. Shopping is fun, just don't make it all that you do for fun.

Signs that You Might be Shopping for Therapy:

1.You shop after you get really disappointed, angry or need a breather. There is nothing wrong with going for a nice little village window shop now and then. There is a problem when you use it as a way to escape a current situation or reality. Many women in particular shop after a boyfriend has dumped them or they didn't get the promotion they were expecting. Some do it in the form of changing their image such as their appearance (clothes, hair, shoes, accessories) and others just simply buy whatever they see. These items in some way make them feel like they have replaced something that is missing in their life and heart. Like food to some people, shopping is their comfort.

2.Shopping for Entertainment.

It's Saturday and you're bored, you call up a friend and go shopping for the afternoon which gets followed up with a dinner and drinks. Does this sound familiar? You intended to just window shop and found that cute pair of heels on sale and a great belt and wondered the mall with a Starbucks in hand. Then somehow after the shopping is over you are hungry and there isn't anything appealing at home. So, what's a girl to do? Eat out of course, and why not have a special drink to conclude another successful day of good shopping-NOT! You need to find other forms of entertainment. This is not only costly, but not healthy. Why not get in a workout or take a cooking class, do some spring cleaning or spend some time volunteering or honing that new skill you promised to follow through with. Like other forms of entertainment it allows you to take your mind off any problems and realities that exist.

3.Searching for a Purpose. Some people truly have never sat down and determined what they want out of life, what their goals are and how to achieve them. Furthermore many are working at a job that does not fulfill them or allow them to be ignited with passion. There is then a longing for purpose in life. Many women are stay-at-home moms and are happy to be but wonder if there is also another purpose for their life. So begins the next therapy session, shopping for purpose in life. Let's face it, when we clip coupons and look for great deals in the weekly flyers we feel empowered. We often then get it in our mind that we are going to get some great deals and conquer the stores. We now have a purpose, looking for the items on sale and others alike for a deal. It gives us something to do with our time and makes us feel a sense of reward when we come home with our bargains. Now might be a good time to re-evaluate what you want out of life and find a less-costly means of accomplishing that.

***Just remember every time you shop your credit card increases, your bank account decreases and you get nothing but a false sense of purpose and happiness. When you pick up each item ask yourself if you really need it or if you simply want it? Next, ask yourself what this item solves and if you can live without it. Most of the items we purchase because they seem like a great deal we never really needed. Think about all the items you bought and have never really used. If you got dumped, shopping might make you feel better for an hour after making your purchases but after that you are still on your own. My goal is to help people in any way that I can. I have certainly been guilty of all the above points and want to see women in particular excel in life and drop all of the unnecessary things that can often rob us of our dreams and weigh us down.

Understanding Cell Phone Minutes

Understanding how your cellular minutes work is one of the most confusing and least understood aspects of any wireless communications plan. It's not surprising that this lack of understanding is what leads to shockingly high phone bill surprises. So if you want to prevent getting one it's important to have a basic understanding of how they work.

You basic cell phone plans come with a monthly allotment of anytime minutes, and usually free or night and/or weekend minutes. When you make a call the thing to understand is the phone company is going to use the most expensive minutes first. For example let's say your plan has 200 minutes per month. During the first week of the month all of your calls are made during the day using what are known as peak minutes. You make 120 minutes worth of calls. For the remainder of the month you make 200 minutes worth of calls but they are all at night during the time when your carrier offers free calling. You've used 320 minutes worth of calling time for the month. However to your wireless provider you used 200 of your anytime minutes, and they gave you 120 minutes of free night time calling.

Many people make the assumption they only used 120 minutes of calling time and have 80 minutes left unused, which is incorrect. This incorrect assumption can compound itself if the customers has a rollover plan and assumes 80 minutes are "going into the bank". For this calling period however there will be no overage charges.

Lets look at another example. During the first three weeks of the month you make 200 minutes worth of calls at night during the free calling period. The the last week in the month you make 120 minutes of calls during the day or peak hours. You made 320 minutes worth of calls but the 200 were at night and were free and the 120 is less than the 200 so there will be no overage charges right? Well if you thought like that you'll be pretty surprised with the overage charges that came on your next bill. Your wireless provider used your 200 anytime minutes during the first three weeks when you were calling at night. So when you made the 120 minutes of calls the last week of the month they were all peak overage minutes. Overage minutes are always billed at higher cost than regular minutes which makes the problem worse.

The key point to understand is the wireless provider is always going to use the most expensive minutes first. In fact it's impossible to use "free night and weekend minutes" until you have gone through all of your anytime minutes first. Understanding exactly how your wireless minutes work can help you plan out how to avoid overage charges at the end of the month
